Dr Sara Lawrence Lewis shared the first photographs of her and husband, Major Noel Lewis’ adorable baby daughter Charis Imani Elise Lewis.
“[Two] months and [three] weeks ago you entered the world seamlessly, and since then you have taught me so much about life and my faith,” wrote Lawrence Lewis in a heartfelt caption on Instagram.

The photographs were taken by Janette Taylor-Meggs.
Lawrence Lewis also shared the meaning of the name.
Charis, she wrote, is Greek and means “God’s merciful grace”. Imani is Swahili for “faith” and Elise, French for “pledged to God”.
The TV presenter and doctor, who was crowned Miss Jamaica World in 2006 also acknowledged her husband’s unceasing love and support.
“[Big] up @noelheloqfi [sic] for not only the last name but being the most wonderful father, supportive partner and prayerful head of our household,” she shared.

The couple wed December 29, 2018, in a beautiful ceremony at the Admiral’s Mountain Great House in St Andrew.
On Christmas Day day last year, decked in matching flannel pyjamas, the then family of three made the picture-perfect announcement with big brother-to-be, Zachery Smith holding up a little flannel onesie.
