Rum Old-Fashioned
The indulgent Appleton Estate 12-Year-Old Rare Casks expression is known to ‘sing’ in the Rum Old-Fashioned cocktail. Luckily, you don’t have to be a mixologist to create this cocktail on your own.

Ingredients
- 2½ parts Appleton Estate Rare Casks 12-Year-Old
- ½ part sugar syrup
- 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Direction: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with large cubed ice. Next, you will want to stir quickly until the glass frosts then strain into the old-fashioned glass over a large block of ice or ice sphere. Afterwards, finish it off with an orange twist.
